The new space is the evolution of a multi-menu food court started at Nelson’s Troy Kitchen in Troy. As the restaurant employs its own drivers, delivery will be at first limited to a 3-mile radius and cost only $3, with tipping not expected. In mid-2021, a bar area downstairs that remains under construction is expected to debut.
