The Cloud Food Hall by Cory Nelson in Downtown Albany offers ordering from six menu concepts – only via the restaurant’s app – for takeout, delivery and limited dine-in space, with all entrees costing only $4.99. The new space is the evolution of a multi-menu food court started at Nelson’s Troy Kitchen in Troy. As the restaurant employs its own drivers, delivery will be at first limited to a 3-mile radius and cost only $3, with tipping not expected. In mid-2021, a bar area downstairs that remains under construction is expected to debut.
